SHIPPING & RETURNS

All domestic orders ship with a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back please:

1. Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.

2. If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.

3. For exchanges, we recommend you reserve your exchange item online via your purchase history or contact customer service.

4. Mail your package using one of the following methods:

   1. Drop your package at a carrier drop-off location without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS or FedEx site to find the closest location.

   2. Alternatively, you can leave your package at a location with a scheduled pick-up.
